CHEESY RANCH DIP

INGREDIENTS:

16 oz Ranch Dip
1 Cup grated Cheddar Cheese-packed lightly
2 Tablespoons real Bacon Bits
Ruffles or dip chips

DIRECTIONS:

Mix dip, cheese and bacon together.

Stir well and refrigerate.

WARNING!!!! You can become addicted to this.




SALSA CHEESE DIP & CHIPS

INGREDIENTS:

1 Medium Pkg Velveta Cheese
1 Reg size jar Salsa
1 Bag of Tostitos or Tortilla Chips

DIRECTIONS:

Place Velveta cheese in saucepan and cook on low to medium heat, stir so cheese does not burn. When cheese is melted pour in your salsa and mix.

Dip is best served warm, and can be reheated either by microwave or heated with a fondue dish.

Place leftover in refrigerator, can be reheated.


SPINACH DIP

INGREDIENTS:

1 pkg.(10 oz) Frozen Chopped spinach (thawed)
1 1/2 cups Sour Cream
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 pkg. Knorr Vegetable soup mix
1 can (8 oz) Water Chestnuts (optional)
3 Green onions (finely chopped)

DIRECTIONS:

Squeeze Spinach until dry.

Mix all above ingredients into a bowl. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.

You can buy a mound of bread like Shepards, Sour Dough etc. Cut the middle out, making sure to leave a bread bottom, and fill the center with your dip. Or just buy a loaf of sourdough, french or bagetts and cut slices into quarters.
