
EGG TWIST BREAD

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 Cup Butter (melt and cool)
1 1/2 Cups MilK (scald and cool)
1/2 Cup Warm Water
2 Pkg. Yeast
4 Tsp Salt
1/2 Cup Sugar
8-10 Cups Flour
5 Eggs (beaten)
Poppy Seeds or Sesame Seeds (amount to your liking)
DIRECTIONS:
Squeeze Spinach until dry.
Mix your butter, milk, water, yeast, salt and sugar with 2 cups of flour in a bowl. Add 4 beaten eggs, then the rest of the flour
in 2 cup increments. Kneed, let rise, punch down.. do this twice.
Separate into 8 balls, let rest for 15 minutes.
Shape each ball into a strip. Place 4 strips side by side and pinch together at one end. Then weave your strips, pinch end and seal
and let it rise.
When finished rising, brush on beaten egg, sprinkle with either poppy or sesame seeds. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.

PUMPKIN BANANA BREAD / MUFFINS

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
3/4 Cup Sugar
3/4 Cup Brown Sugar
4 Eggs
1 1/2 Cups of Pumpkin
1 1/2 Cups of Ripe Bananas
1 1/2 Cups of Yogurt (Plain or Vanilla)
4 Cups Flour
2 Tsp. Baking Powder
2 Tsp. Baking Soda
1 Tsp. Salt
2 Tsp. Ginger
1 1/2 Tsp. Nutmeg
1 Cup Chopped Nuts (Optional)
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat your oven to 350.
Grease and flour muffin tins or bread pans.
Sift dry ingredients together.
Combine Oil, Eggs, Sugars, Pumpkin, Bananas, and Yogurt in a separate bowl.
Combine both until well blended.
Pour batter into tins or pans.
Cook bread for about 45 mins or until toothpick comes out clean.
For regular muffins takes about 18 to 22 mins. Mini muffins about 12 to 16 mins.
With the muffins I like to put a few Chocolate Chips on top.

PUMPKIN BREAD

INGREDIENTS:
2 Cups Sugar
1 1/4 Cup Corn Oil
2 Cups Pumpkin
4 Eggs
3 Cups Flour
1 Tsp Baking Soda
1 Tsp Salt
2 Tsp Baking Powder
3 Tsp Cinnamon
Nuts (optional)
DIRECTIONS:
Combine your sugar, corn oil, pumpkin and eggs and beat them well. Combine dry ingredients , then add the mixture you just
made into it. Add nuts (optional). Pour into two greased loaf pans. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.

ZUCCHINI BREAD

INGREDIENTS:
2 Cups Cooking Oil
3 Cup Sugar
3 Eggs
2 Cups Zucchini (grated with skin on)
3 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
3 Cups Flour
1/4 Tsp Baking Powder
1 Tsp Baking Soda
Walnuts (optional)
DIRECTIONS:
Mix cooking oil, eggs, sugar, vanilla, and zucchini in a large bowl.
Then add your flour, baking powder, baking soda and walnuts (optional) to the above mixture. Bake in over at 350 for 35-45 minutes, or
until top is golden brown. You can wait to cool and remove from pan, or run butter knife around edge and remove
while hot... slice, butter, and eat hot.
