DIRECTIONS:
1. Grease a 2-qt casserole or 2-qt square baking dish; set aside.
Cook noodle according to package directions; drain set aside.
2. Meanwhile, in a large skillet cook beef over medium heat until brown. Drain off fat. Stir tomato sauce, basil, sugar, garlic powder, salt and pepper into skillet. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes.
3. In a medium mixing bowl beat together the sour cream and cream cheese with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Stir in milk and onion. In prepared casserole or baking dish layer half of the noodle (about 2 cups), half of the meat mixture (about 1 1/2 cups), half of the cream cheese mixture (about 1 cup), and all of the spinach. Top with the remaining meat mixture and noodles. Cover and chill remaining cream cheese mixture.
4. Cover casserole or baking dish with lightly greased foil. Bake at 350 degree oven about 45 minutes or until heated through. Uncover; spread remaining cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Bake, uncovered, about 10 minutes or until cheese is melts. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
Make-ahead directions:
Prepare as above through step 3. Cover with lightly greased foil and chill for up to 24 hours.
Bake in a 350 degree oven about 1 hour or until heated through.
Uncover; spread with remaining cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
Bake, uncovered, about 10 minutes more or until cheese melts.
Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.

INGREDIENTS:
6 Oz. Spaghetti
2 Tbsp Butter or Margarine
1/3 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
2 Eggs (beaten)
1 Cup (8 oz) Cottage Cheese
1/2 Tsp Garlic Salt
1 Lb. Ground Round or Sirloin Hamburger
1/2 Cup Chopped Onion
1 8 oz Can Stewed Tomatoes
1 6 oz Can Tomato Paste
1/2 Cup (2 oz)Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
DIRECTIONS:
Cook spaghetti as directed. When spaghetti is done stir in butter, parmesan cheese and eggs.
Form spaghetti mixture into a "crust" in a buttered 10 inch pie plate. Spread cottage cheese over the bottom of spaghetti crust.
Cook hamburger and onions until browned, drain off excess fat. Stir in your tomatoes (undrained), tomato paste, sugar, and garlic salt into the hamburger mixture and heat thoroughly.
Place your hamburger mixture into the spaghetti crust over the cottage cheese.
Bake at 350 uncovered for about 20 minutes. Then sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on top and bake for another 5 minutes.

VEGETARIAN COTTAGE CHEESE LOAF

INGREDIENTS:
1 Qt (2 lbs) Cottage Cheese (small curd)
5 Eggs (beaten)
1/2 Cup Chopped Walnuts
1 Stick melted Butter or Margarine
1/4 Tsp Garlic Salt
1 Onion (diced)
8 Cups Special K cereal
4 Pkgs George Washington's Broth
DIRECTIONS:
Mix all your ingredients together and place in a 13 x 9 x 2 baking dish. **Do not add any salt, it will have enough
with the garlic salt and butter/margarine.
Bake at 350 for 50 minutes.
